We began the Kutty Kutchery Festival in 2023, with a simple dream — to bring Indian performing arts closer to people through intimate, conversational experiences.

In just three years, our Rasoham community has blossomed into a vibrant, art-loving family that grows stronger with every Margazhi.

From its very first edition, KKF has redefined what Margazhi can feel like. What started as a small idea evolved into a movement that has now become Chennai’s Most Googled Festival — celebrated for breaking conventional sabha formats and bringing soulful art into warm, alternative spaces across the city.

Over the last editions, KKF has presented performative conversations across classical, folk, contemporary dance, music, and theatre — each one crafted to dissolve the distance between the artist and the audience. These sessions have opened a new era where storytelling, process, history, and performance blend seamlessly.

This year, KKF 2025 returns from December 13–22, featuring 75-minute performative conversations with artists from 10 diverse genres. Each gathering welcomes 50–100 registered art lovers, creating a close-knit space where artists share not just their craft but also their journeys, inspirations, and the evolving relevance of their art forms.
